Voice It, Hear It
Community voices inspiring positive change to local support and services.
This innovative project was launched in early 2024. It aims to engage residents and workers to co-produce, co-design, and co-develop local health and social care services. Funded by Wiltshire Council and the Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon, and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board (BSW ICB), Voice It, Hear It provides a collaborative approach to service development.

Carers Together Wiltshire
Carers Together Wiltshire was launched in April 2024 providing tailored support to the thousands of individuals across Wiltshire who identify as a carer. The offer will include carer assessments, individual support/signposting and carers events.
