Autism Survey

Today see the launch of our Autism Surveys.  Working in partnership with Healthwatch Wiltshire, we want to learn more about the experiences of adults with autism when they attend health and care appointments, and whether they feel they are getting the support and information they need from local services.  

We have launched two surveys which can be completed online, by phone, or on paper. 

You can save and return to the online surveys at any time.

“We would love to hear about how services are working for you, what’s going well and where you think things could be better.

“We’d also like to know if you have enough information about any support and other services that are available to you.”
